We want you to love your TIRTIR glow, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare and cosmetic items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TIRTIR account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
